Susan E. Siegel is a GE corporate officer and the CEO of healthyimagination. Healthyimagination GE is a global commitment to lower costs and increase access to healthcare. Prior to healthyimagination,Ms. Siegel was a general partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures, where she led investments in technology platforms, molecular diagnostics, and digital health. She gained her 25 years of experience at Bio Rad Laboratories, Kodak, DuPont and Amersham International, now part of General Electric, and Affymetrix. In 1998, Ms. Siegel joined Affymetrix, a startup on steroids and a pioneering life science company, to lead the commercialization efforts for the company's state-of-the-art GeneChip technology. A year later, she took the helm as president and shortly after was appointed a board member. She led the company through a tremendous growth phase which scaling to almost $400 million in yearly revenue and was valued as a multi-billion market cap growth company. Ms. Siegel holds a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and an M.S. degree in Biochemistry from Boston University School of Medicine. Additionally, Ms. Siegel completed Stanford's Director's College and executive management coursework at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and the Harvard Business School.
